How does the buyback program work?

The buyback program at Bridgewater Marina applies to all O’Brien water sports products (excluding wakeboards) that retail for $450 or higher.

An example is the Sombrero, a multi-rider tube that’s tons of fun for all ages. Just watch this cool video!

The Sombrero retails for $700.

BUT, if you purchase it through the buyback program, your crew members can have all the amazing fun they can handle on SML, return it the following day and receive $650 back.

That’s right. It’s like a $50 rental.

Want to keep it another day?

No problem!

You can keep your water toy or water carpet up to three days and we’ll still buy it back from you. Bring it back on the second day and receive $615 back. Keep it a third day and receive $580 back.

That’s just $35 per day for the second and third days. After three days, you own the water toy or water carpet and it can’t be returned.

But let’s face it: If you’ve had THAT much fun, you probably need to keep it anyway and bring it back every time you visit Smith Mountain Lake!

So, here’s a step-by-step guide to using the Bridgewater Marina Buyback program:

1. Purchase any O’Brien tube or water carpet that’s $450 or more.
   
   
2. Bring it back undamaged the next day and get all but $50 of your purchase price refunded to you.
   
   
3. Bring it back undamaged the second day from purchase and get all but $85 of your purchase price refunded to you.
   
   
4. Bring it back undamaged the third day from purchase and get all but $120 of your purchase price refunded to you.
   
   
5. After the third day of purchase, the item may not be returned.
